Registration of 2019 passing out students ON PORTAL WWW.CPC.CTEGUJ.IN for Placement now onward.Following is the Registration Process Students should follow: 

Dear Final Year 7th semester Students of GEC PATAN (All Branch):

It is instructed to make registration of 2019 passing out students ON PORTAL WWW.CPC.CTEGUJ.IN for Placement now onward. And CPC (Central Placement Cell) has given the following guidline to follow:

(1) Student should do  Registration on this portal WWW.CPC.CTEGUJ.IN with PERFECT details (percentage must be correct up to 2 decimals) & should go to their Departmental T&P faculty coordinator to approve their CPC profile with print out of CPC profile page & original documents.

Students Please don't forget to take print-out of your "Complete Registration" before pressing NEXT button. If direct printout is not possible OR if in direct printout the complete details are not coming then take the Print-Screen of CPC Profile and then take the printout. and then go to your Departmental T&P Faculty Coordinator.

(2) Department T&P faculty coordinators have to approve student's profile by putting signature & stamp on student's profile print out page, after cross checking it with their original document (percentage must be correct up to 2 decimals).

(3) Finally submit approved CPC profiles to your TPO, Shri. Hardik R. Trivedi for his final approval on portal.

Only registered students will be able to participate in further placement drives.

It is specifically important for those who have applied for TCS 2019 drive because their NQT test is on 2nd & 3rd of September 2018.

Procedure for Student Registration

2) Click on STUDENT LOGIN on Upper Right Corner

3) Click on NEW TO PORTAL ? REGISTER HERE at bottom

4) Click on REGULAR DEGREE STUDENT/ DIPLOMA TO DEGREE STUDENT as per your case.

5) Feed Your Details in Step-1, 2, 3 & 4 and complete the registration.

6) Enter your Personal details

7) Enter your Qualification Details with PERFECT details (percentage must be correct up to 2 decimals)

8) At the stage of Complete the Registration --> Students Please don't forget to take print-out of your "Complete Registration" before pressing NEXT button. If direct printout is not possible OR if in direct printout the complete details are not coming then take the Print-Screen of CPC Profile and then take the printout. and then go to your Departmental T&P Faculty Coordinator.

9) “Successfully Submitted” Message  should come on screen

10) Student should go to their Departmental T&P faculty coordinator to approve their CPC profile with “print-out of CPC profile” and “original documents as proof”.

11) Student should get the approval with signature of Department T&P faculty coordinators on student's profile print-out page.

12) Student should submit the “Approved CPC profiles page” to the TPO, Shri. Hardik R. Trivedi for his final approval.

13) Once TPO give the approval to students then Student can Login on CPC Portal.

Announcement of C2C - College to Corporate Program

Dear Students of GEC-Patan,

! ! ! Greetings from Hardik R. Trivedi, TPO, GEC-Patan.! ! !

In the last academic year, IIT-Bombay had successfully completed four courses under the College to Corporate (C2C) program, with the help of several Remote Centres (RCs). About 36,000 students had registered from all over India. On the basis of suggestions received from students, IIT-Bombay have now designed the program to offer six courses under the C2C initiative. IIT-Bombay plan to offer 3 courses in the first semester and another 3 courses in the second semester. The detailed schedule is given at the end. 

The registration fee for each individual course of the program is Rs. 500/ -. As an incentive to students/learners, the ESOS (Educational Services for Outreach at Scale) project at IIT Bombay has decided to charge only Rs. 850/- lump sum (instead of Rs. 1500/-), if they register for all 3 courses in the first semester (September to November 2018).

If students successfully complete all the three courses during the first semester, the entire fee for the next three courses in the second semester (February to April 2019) may be completely waived off provided we get some CSR funding support being solicited by ESOS. Students/learners registering now, and completing the first 3 courses, may thus further save Rs. 850/- for the courses offered in the next semester. 

The registration for the College to Corporate Program has started from 24 August 2018 and would be open till 14 September 2018. The registration will be done by individual students using a payment gateway. The link for online registration is www.it.iitb.ac.in/lakshya 

These courses will be conducted in a Blended Mode, i.e. the online part will use the IITBombayX ( www.iitbombayx.in) platform and Face-to-face live sessions will be conducted using YouTube Live/A-VIEW. All face-to-face sessions will have mechanism of both YouTube live and A-VIEW, so that all students across the country from any college can benefit from the streaming sessions. Interaction with such students will be limited. These sessions can be interactive and spontaneous only at our RCs (Regional Centers of IITB) as was done in the earlier offering.

Dear Students,

The last date for submission of applications for the Student Engineering Model Competition (SEMC), IISF 2018 has been extended to 30th August 20

As you may be already aware, the 4^th edition of the India International Science Festival (llSF) 2018 is going to take place at Lucknow during 05th -08th October, 2018. IISF is envisaged to be an integral part of India's long term vision in developing and widening the scientific temper among various strata of the society. It aims at providing a common platform to young students, scientists and technocrats from the whole of India for exchange of knowledge and ideas to make innovations for the betterment of people.

As part of the IISF- 2018, an Engineering Model event “Students Engineering Model Competition” will be held on 6^th- 7^th October. The purpose of this event is to encourage innovation and creativity among engineering students across India. We are encouraging the students to become a part of nation building through promoting the engineering models for the benefit of national missions. (Please refer attached SEMC – IISF brochure for detail information).

ln the above context, AICTE being the partner organization to “Students Engineering Model Competition” under IISF- 2018, our approved institutes are requested to disseminate the program among students and encourage them to participate.
