Dear Students of GEC-Patan (6th & 8th semester only) I had invited you all to fill out a form (if interested to do Finishing School program) one month before  on 22nd November 2019. I have received good numbers of pre-registration, and still some limited seats are available.  So if any one is still interested can do online pre-registration. I am attaching herewith FS Design - Content or Syllabus so that you can decide.  (please download and read the attachment) After reading FS Design - Content or Syllabus - Component 1 to 4 if you are interested then  Fill Pre-Registration Google Form before 24th December 2019.

Dear All Branch 6th & 8th semester Students of GEC-Patan, I, Finishing School Coordinator of GEC-Patan, feeling great while announce 2 things: (1) that this time certificates will be printed by college itself,  so you will get certificates very soon, and (2) that we are going to organise 80 hours "Finishing School Training Program"  during 20-01-2020 to 14-02-2020, where the Empanelled Trainer of KCG will train you. Details of following components are in attached jpeg file: Component-1 --> Life Skills (20 hours) Component-2 --> Employability Skills (20 hours) Component-3 --> Functional English (20 hours) and Component-4 --> Functional English - Part 2 (20 hours). Last date for  (1) Last date for Pre-Registration (online - this google form) is 24th December 2019  (Tuesday) till 23:59 time, after that I will stop registration on Google From. (2) Last date for Final Registration offline & submission of Token Fee (Rs.50/-)  in PERSON [not your friend] for this training is 6th January 2020 till 17:00 (till 5:00 pm) opp. to 907.

I, Finishing School Coordinator, GEC-Patan, feeling great while announce 2 things: (1) that this time certificates will be printed by college itself, so you will get certificates very soon, and (2) that we are going to organise 80 hours "Finishing School Training Program" during 20-01-2020 to 14-02-2020, where the Extremely Talented Empanelled Trainer of KCG will train you for Component-1 --> Life Skills (20 hours) Component-2 --> Employability Skills (20 hours) Component-3 --> Functional English (20 hours) and Component-4 --> Functional English - Part 2 (20 hours). [Note- Certificate will be given to only those who will complete all 4 components with more than 90% attendance.] The total 80 hours program is about polishing & grooming students & enhancing their skills to make them industry ready and to have more chance to get selected in job placement. Please read IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS (for students) and then do this pre-registration: IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS (for students) :- (1) Once you register and pay Rs.50/-, then you must complete all 80 hours of 4 components with 90% attendance. “એચ.એન.જી.યુ. - પાટણ” ખાતે, ગુજરાત સરકાર – શિક્ષણ વિભાગ અને નોલેજ કોન્સોર્ટિયમ ઓફ ગુજરાત દ્બારા “મેગા પ્લેસમેન્ટ  કેમ્પ” યોજાયો.

ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ અને ટેકનીકલ શિક્ષણની સરકારી અને અનુદાનિત કોલેજોના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની રોજગારી માટે પ્લેસમેન્ટ સેલ અંતર્ગત રોજગારલક્ષી મેળાઓનું રાજ્યમાં ૨૬ નોડલ સેન્ટરો પર આયોજન કરેલ છે. જેના ભાગ રુપે તારીખ ૧૨-૦૨-૨૦૧૯, મંગળવાર ના રોજ એચ.એન.જી.યુ.-પાટણના રંગભવન ખાતે, માન. મંત્રી શ્રી દિલીપકુમાર ઠાકોર, શ્રમ અને રોજગાર મંત્રીશ્રીએ, ગુજરાત સરકાર – શિક્ષણ વિભાગ અને નોલેજ કોન્સોર્ટિયમ ઓફ ગુજરાત દ્વારા આયોજીત “મેગા પ્લેસમેન્ટ કેમ્પ” નું સવારે ૯:૦૦ કલાકે ઉદઘાટન કરી, પાટણ તાલુકાની ઈજનેરી, સાઈન્સ, કોમર્સ, આર્ટ્સ, એજ્યુકેશન અને કાયદા વિષયની સરકારી અને અનુદાનિત ૧૪ કોલેજોના વિધ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ખુલ્લો મુક્યો હતો. 

 

જે દરમિયાન કતપુર સરકારી ઈજનેરી કોલેજના અંતિમ વર્ષમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા ત્રણ વિધ્યાર્થીઓ અને કે. ડી. પોલીટેકનીક કોલેજના ત્રણ વિધ્યાર્થીઓને માન. મંત્રી શ્રી દિલીપકુમાર ઠાકોરના વરદ હસ્તે નોકરીના જોબ ઓફર લેટર એનાયત કરાયા હતા. 

આ કાર્યક્રમના મધ્યસ્થ સંચાલન સમિતીના સમગ્ર કોઓર્ડીનેશન સંભાળતા ટ્રેનીંગ એન્ડ પ્લેસમેન્ટ ઓફીસર, સરકારી ઇજનેરી કોલેજ (કતપુર) પાટણ ના શ્રી હાર્દિક રતિલાલ ત્રિવેદી ના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર આ “મેગા પ્લેસમેન્ટ કેમ્પ” માં કુલ ૨૨ કંપનીઓ હાજર રહી હતી અને જેમાં પાટણ તાલુકાની ઈજનેરી, સાઈન્સ, કોમર્સ, આર્ટ્સ, એજ્યુકેશન અને કાયદા વિષયની સરકારી અને અનુદાનિત ૧૪ કોલેજોના કુલ ૫૯૬ વિધ્યાર્થીઓએ ભાગ લીધો હતો.

Valedictory Session & Conclusion of
"2 Days Workshop on AutoCAD - A Drafting Tool"

Yesterday, i.e. on 28-01-2019, the 2 Days specially designed Workshop on "AutoCAD- Drafting Tool" was innograted at GEC-PATAN, In association with "SAICAD Center PATAN".

The workshop was very well appreciated by all the participants. The workshop came to the end with a valedictory session, presentation of appreciation certificate to expert guest speakers and with feedback of participants. Lastly Vote of Thanks was delivered by Prof. Hardik Trivedi, Coordinator of workshop.

Conclusions:

As the workshop event was aimed to expand the knowledge of the students about AutoCAD software tool & to make them able to draw actual drawings by allowing them hands on practice by industry personnel and I think the aim is achieved successfully at the end of two (02) days workshop. Participants being civil students participated with great enthusiasm and enjoyed the benefit of the workshop

On behalf of the participants, I am thankful to Expert Guests Shri Mukeshbhai Yogi, Branch Head of SAICAD Centre, PATAN and his dedicated team including Shri. Jay Patel and All the Participants without whom this event could not became successful.

 With respect to Government's next "Placement Fair" to be organised in February, One "Special Training" was organized at GEC-PATAN on 24-01-19, on which KCG's empannelled trainer "Nancy Shah" trained our GEC-Patan's Job aspirant final year students of all five branches. 

The news is published in one  news-paper of Saturday and is attached herewith. Due to Republic day news, mostly our news will be published on Monday in most of other news papers.

Two (02) Days Workshop is organised on 28th & 29th January 2019 (Monday & Tuesday) for all 4th semester Civil students of GEC-Patan.

Trivedi, TPO, GEC-Patan, feeling great while announce that VKCG has organised "Special Training" session all over Gujarat and for GEC-Patan KCG has organised this "Special Training"on 24-01-2019 with respect to CTE's Central Placement Fair whcih will be organised at 23 centres including PATAN during 28-01-2019 to 15-02-2019 [And for PATAN district 12-02-2019 is alloted for JOB FAIR] to prepare you all for interviews and to make you able to grab the job.

This "Special Job Interview related Training" will be given by Nancy Shah madam, "KCG's Empanelled Trainer of Ahmedabad" on 24-01-2019 at Civil Seminar Hall from 10:00 AM onwards.

(1) Venue of Training - Civil Seminar Hall, GEC-Patan.

(2) Date & Time - 24-01-2019 (Thursday) - 10:00 AM onwards.

(3) Occupy your seat at venue, by putting your signature at Desk near Civil Seminar Hall Before 10:00 AM, because NO Entry will be given once the program starts, even though you have registered.

(4) As informed you earlier this "Special Training" is with respect to CTE's JOB Placement Fair (February). So consider this training as helpful effort of KCG to grab the job in next JOB Placement Fair of CTE in February.
