I had
invited you all to fill out a form (if interested to
do Finishing School program) one month before
on 22nd November 2019.
I
have received good numbers of pre-registration, and still some limited seats are
available.
So if any one is still interested can do online pre-registration.
I am

All Branch 6th & 8th semester Students of GEC-Patan,
I, Finishing School Coordinator of GEC-Patan, feeling great while announce 2 things: (1) that this time certificates will be printed by college itself, so you will get certificates very soon, and (2) that we are going to organise 80 hours "Finishing School Training Program" during 20-01-2020 to 14-02-2020, where the Empanelled Trainer of KCG will train you. Details of following components are in attached jpeg file:
Component-1 --> Life
Skills (20 hours)
Component-2 --> Employability Skills (20 hours) Component-3 --> Functional English (20 hours) and Component-4 --> Functional English - Part 2 (20 hours). Last date for (1) Last date for Pre-Registration (online - this google form) is 24th December 2019 (Tuesday) till 23:59 time, after that I will stop registration on Google From. (2) Last date for Final Registration offline & submission of Token Fee (Rs.50/-) in PERSON [not your friend] for this training is 6th January 2020 till 17:00 (till 5:00 pm) opp. to 907. |

I, Finishing School Coordinator, GEC-Patan, feeling great while announce 2 things: (1) that this time certificates will be printed by college itself, so you will get certificates very soon, and (2) that we are going to organise 80 hours "Finishing School Training Program" during 20-01-2020 to 14-02-2020, where the Extremely Talented Empanelled Trainer of KCG will train you for Component-1 --> Life Skills (20 hours) Component-2 --> Employability Skills (20 hours) Component-3 --> Functional English (20 hours) and Component-4 --> Functional English - Part 2 (20 hours). [Note- Certificate will be given to only those who will complete all 4 components with more than 90% attendance.] The total 80 hours program is about polishing & grooming students & enhancing their skills to make them industry ready and to have more chance to get selected in job placement. Please read IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS (for students) and then do this pre-registration: IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS (for students) :- (1) Once you register and pay Rs.50/-, then you must complete all 80 hours of 4 components with 90% attendance. (2) ONLY interested students and those who can maintain 90% attendance (because daily printed attendance sheet will come from KCG) should fill this Pre-Registration Form and then you are supposed to do FINAL Registration by paying Rs.50/- token fee to me (Prof. Hardik Trivedi, Staff Cabin, Civil Engg. Dept.) and then their confirmation will be as per First Come First bases of fees paid. (3) This is only Pre-Registration and it is NOT the final registration. Your registration will be considered as FINAL Rgistration only when you will pay Rs.50/- token fee to me (Prof. Hardik Trivedi, Staff Cabin, Civil Engg. Dept.) and then your confirmation will be considered as per First Come First bases of fees paid. (4) 90 % percentage attendance is compulsory once you have got registered yourself for whole program. (5) There are maximum 100 seats available and seat will be distributed in all branches as per intake. So hurry up. (6) Venue will be 2 seminar halls of our college. (7) Those students of GEC-Patan who have already attended Finishing School shall NOT apply and shall NOT fill this google Registration Form. Last date for (1) Last date for Pre-Registration (online - this google form) is 15 December till 23:59 time.
